We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Reservation and ticket purchase via online form – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

  • Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form – legitimate interest (communication with the public),

  • Sending newsletters and programme updates – based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),

  • Website traffic analysis using Google Analytics – based solely on your consent.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed
We process the following data:

  • full name,

  • e-mail address,

  • phone number,

  • number of tickets,

  • IP address and technical usage data from analytical tools.

4. Recipients of Personal Data
Your data may be shared with:

  • our web hosting provider,

  • providers of analytical tools (e.g. Google),

  • our website technical support,
    always only to the necessary extent. We have signed data processing agreements with these providers.

5. Data Transfers Outside the EU
Using Google Analytics may result in the transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the United States). Such transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Data Retention Periods

  • Data from reservations and ticket purchases is stored for 5 years in accordance with accounting regulations.

  • Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. for newsletters) is retained until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after your last interaction.

  • request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,

  • object to processing,

  • withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),

8. Voluntary or Mandatory Provision of Data
Providing personal data when reserving or purchasing tickets is required to complete your order. Without this data, we cannot process the reservation. Providing data for marketing purposes is entirely voluntary.

9. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal consequences for you.

10. Use of Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Some cookies are essential for the site to function properly. Others (e.g. for Google Analytics) are used only with your consent. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.
